Great Maintenance man!!

Bradley has been very helpful with out apartment, we put in a request and he was there thirty minutes later and fixed out garbage disposal super fast he also pointed out our bulbs were dimmed and he would replace them that day we told him Monday would be fine. I always see him around UT working hard! He does a great job!

Ehhh its okay

Maintenance is super fast when something breaks, you are close to the Oaks for the pool and workout area, super close to the north dorms 10-minute walk to Wells. No noise usually so you can't throw a party without getting a noise complaint ticket which is super expensive if you didn't know, but it's nice if you like the quiet. Parking is good as long as the lot isn't filled with people that aren't supposed to be there. If this happens good luck parking anywhere. I've never been able to get a somewhat timely response by management and PACE won't tow off a DTN lot unless they are the ones who call. Please fix they way you monitor the lot!!
